JOYtalk is seriously fun event to help people, communities and business thrive using humour. Wowee! this a talk, seminar and workshop is 90 minutes (can be shorter or longer) and is a culmination of over 10 years of work, reading and research. In 2015 I was asked to write a chapter in the book "Does God LOL?" and I became hooked on humour! Joytalk is about improving mental health, resilience, wellbeing and creativity. Joytalk helps people of all ages and ethnicities learn, understand and build personal knowledge and experience into this field. The talk helps people produce what I call a 'JOY architecture' because laughter is actually an immersive EMF, multidimensional, magnetic and an eternal life force that we simply cannot ignore in these challenging times.

I come with a huge wealth of learning including adoption, mental health, racism and dealing with abuse. I've worked directly with the homeless, abused women and charities to help vulnerable adults see better outcomes through humour. I have also worked with business and the corporate sector to help employees create better workplace cohesion, creative problem solving and productivity as a whole, as humour changes atmospheres in all areas.

I worked with Emma Ramos an awards winning Mexican/American actress/celebrity on her global Ted Talk following her own experience of using Joy to overcome trauma. In her case Emma was kidnapped and threatened with extreme violence in Mexico but after many days she used humour and they let her go.
