JOYTalk is stand up comedy show and talk about the power of joy to heal, inspire, create and so much more.
JOYtalk is super fun and a powerful ‘learning spree’ for all ages and ethnicities about improving mental health, wellbeing and creativity. It will help attendees to create and develop their own humour structure and live their best life! Joy comes with a wealth of learning including adoption, mental health, racism and dealing with abuse.
Joy works with business and the corporate sector as employees work better and are happier, which relates to improved workplace cohesion, better and creative problem solving, less sick days and higher staff retention. This is especially important in high powered and high stress related workplaces, I a honoured to be able to work with social workers, homeless charities and those working in some of the most challenging working environments.
Joy utilises her stand up comedy as an entry to discussio because humour has a science, rhythm, psychology and personal blueprint of it's own.
We all need to learn the 'Art of Happy' and it starts with a giggle!
Science has proved we have around 60,000 thoughts a day, of which 75% are repetitive and 95% are negative. We need humour to help us create better thinking, better speech therefore better outcomes and a better life.

I worked with Emma Ramos an awards winning Mexican/American actress/celebrity on her global Ted Talk following her own experience of using Joy to overcome trauma. In her case Emma was kidnapped and threatened with extreme violence in Mexico but after many days she used humour and they let her go.

🔶️Why write this? Behind much joy is often much suffering. This talk is birthed out of necessity, curiosity and a passion to help others WIN their battles and thrive.
In 2017 following the passing of her father Joy had to re-think wellbeing so she began to research holistic healing rather than take anti-depressant drugs. 'I read about quantum mechanics, wellbeing, EMF, body frequency, inner healing, essential oil healing and coupled with my relationship in God I discovered more about the hidden realms of joy and the pieces of the jigsaw fused into this talk, seminar and speaking consultancy work'.
