About the event

ree

Welcome to JOYtalk a super fun and a powerful ‘learning spree’ for all ages and ethnicities about improving mental health, wellbeing and creativity.  It will help attendees to create and develop their own humour structure and live their best life! The event starts with Joy performing a special 20 minute stand up routine about some of her life stories including adoption, mental health, racism and dealing with a grumpy cat!

Joy utilises her stand up knowledge as an entry point to explore humour has an art form, science, rhythm, psychology and life blueprint and much more.

‘Today need to learn the 'Art of Happy' and JOYtalk starts with a giggle!’  Joy Carter

Science has proved we have around 60,000 thoughts a day, of which 75% are repetitive and 95% are negative. Humour, laughter, bliss and mirth are powerful life tools we just can't ignore personally, with our families, communities and daily life.
